    Our on-road driver coaching sessions, part of TTC's blended learning programme, are designed on the driver's personalised requirements, which they need to address and develop safer behaviours on the road. A driver can be recommended to complete on-road driver coaching following the completion of a risk assessment and training needs analysis, as well as key driving events such as a collision.
