Our behaviour change courses are designed with insight from psychologists. They use victim empathy, improved thinking skills and practical strategies to effectively reduce reoffending though out of court resolutions (OOCR).
Our entire strategy is built on the principles of the two-tier strategy of the National Police Chiefs Council and delivers a quick, timely and effective solution to prevent reoffending that puts the victim at the heart.
