About NDORS theory trainers
As one of the UK’s leading training and compliance organisations, we are always looking for talented driver trainers to work with our clients on a self-employed basis.
NDORS trainers specialise in delivering short theory-only workshops on behalf of police forces across the UK. The delegates are people who police have observed committing a low-level driving offence such as speeding, poor motorway awareness or inattention.
We run a large range of morning, afternoon or evening NDORS, including at weekends, either at a training centre or online.
All NDORS courses are governed by UK Road Offender Education (UKROEd) and you will receive in-depth training and development support from a UKROEd-licensed instructor.
What you’ll need
- Excellent knowledge of the Highway Code
- A teaching qualification at Level 3 or higher
- Experience of delivering training in a one-to-one or one-to-many setting
- Current Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance
- Your own laptop and basic IT competence
