Safe habits start before you get behind the wheel

It is a thought-provoking and fun way for young people to learn life-preserving practical skills with friends before they get behind the wheel, using peer discussion and innovative participative techniques such as live app-based voting to inject energy.

The young driver workshop is facilitated by a DBS-checked facilitator and is available online or as a classroom session and it fits the aims of Vision Zero, the campaign to reduce road deaths and life-threatening injuries to zero by 2040.

The course includes insight into the Fatal Five of speed, seatbelts, mobile phone use, drink and drugs, and careless driving. More than 97 per cent of students said they would recommend it to others. Available to schools, higher education establishments, and organisations with young drivers.
