This 1-to-1 driver coaching is designed to determine the driver’s risk areas for the category of vehicle they drive. An initial assessment to identify gaps and set goals will be followed by a bite-sized practical to optimise and reinforce learning. ​

The driver will be coached to overcome barriers, apply eco-driving techniques and focus on relapse prevention, supporting your company to reduce running costs, collision rates and protect against reputational damage. The driver will also be provided with advice for ongoing development.

Who should attend

Anybody who drives a vehicle for work purposes, including cars, vans, LCV (Light Commercial Vehicle), LGV (Large Goods Vehicle) or PCV (Passenger Carrying Vehicle).

Delivery method

The coaching session is facilitated by a professional driver coach who will determine the driver's level of knowledge, experience and personal objectives before assessing their on-road driving and providing advice for ongoing development.
