Licence Bureau were informed by the DVLA that following detailed consideration ministers have agreed that the paper counterpart will be abolished on 8 June 2015.
DVLA have confirmed will no longer issue paper counterparts, and those in circulation will no longer have any legal status.
The final abolition date is welcome news allowing the compliance industry and LB to deliver the best services to you possible.
