Ian joined TTC in 2024 as Operations Director with a proven background delivering successful transformational programmes across the public and private sector throughout his career, resulting in practical and highly successful operational and commercial outcomes.

Ian brings vast experience of improving growth, client satisfaction and cost efficiency, as well as delivering sustainable change making him perfectly placed to underpin TTC’s next strategic acquisitions and market expansion phase. Ian holds an MBA and has worked in organisations in senior operational roles such as Vodafone for 7 years, Orbit housing for 3 years and Ingeus for 5 years.
