At Licence Bureau we endeavour to deliver the best quality service to all our customers.
We aim to ensure that all our customers’ requirements are met by maintaining high standards in all areas of customer service.
In order to continue to provide the best possible service we conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys to monitor our performance and gain insight to drive additional improvements.

We asked customers to give their “Satisfaction” value across a variety of areas:

This year we had excellent feedback from the survey, with positive comments from our customers.
