Midlands Air Ambulance Bike4Life Ride Out 2022

Thousands of bikers have taken part in the Bike4Life 2022 charity ride in Shropshire to raise money for the Midlands Air Ambulance.

Motorcyclists from around the UK rode the 23 miles (37km) from Shrewsbury to RAF Cosford where the Bike4Life festival was held on Sunday, celebrating the event’s 10th year.

It was estimated that approximately 4,000 bikers joined the convoy, including VIP and Bike4Life regular, former World Superbike champion Carl Fogarty.

People from as far afield as Scotland and France joined in, helping to raise money to fund the Midlands Air Ambulance service, an ambulance charity that receives no government support, and covers Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Shropshire, Staffordshire, Worcestershire, and the West Midlands.

Sharon Haynes, TTC Group’s Director of Client Services commented:
“It is fantastic to see the return of the Bike4Life event, with thousands of motorcyclists getting involved to help raise money and awareness for the Midlands Air Ambulance.

TTC is proud to continue sponsoring the Bike4Life event, recognising the incredible work that the Midlands Air ambulance Charity do in helping to save people’s lives.  The Air Ambulance is critical in responding to those that have unfortunately been injured in a road traffic collision, where every minute counts.”
