Mark Dawson

Mark is responsible for leading the technology strategy for both infrastructure and applications alongside ensuring we adhere to the latest information technology security standards. Upon joining the business the emphasis was to grow and strengthen the skill set within the IT team, this will always be an ongoing initiative and one Mark particular enjoys transforming business culture through technology.

He has held numerous positions throughout his career, working his way up from a systems tester to now holding Director level positions; driving change to improve customer experience and satisfaction.

His experience and knowledge of creating platforms to deliver services online, through the use of cloud-based technology, ensures TTC always adds incredible value to clients, customers, suppliers and our internal processes.
