Todays breaking story about 35 Byron burger chain staff being arrested in immigration raids highlights yet again the need to carry out right to work document validation checks professionally.
The Home Office said Byron had done the correct “right to work” checks on recruits, but it was suspected the employees had provided false documents.
Our Right to work service would have detected those false documents.
