TTC Group | Scottish Enterprise Awards Winner 2021
Press Release | January 2022
TTC receives SME News award for Best Driver Risk Management & Road Safety Training Experts 2021.
TTC took part in the Scottish Enterprise Awards 2021, recognising SME businesses whose efforts have yielded top-class products and services for the diverse clientele found across Scotland.
During the last 18 months, we have all relied on smaller businesses more than ever, and as of March 2021, it is estimated that over 340,000 SME businesses were operating in Scotland and accounted for over 1.2 million jobs.
The Scottish Enterprise Awards aim to showcase the diversity of SMEs, and find the best representation of SMEs in Scotland.
This is the second consecutive year that TTC has received a Scottish Enterprise award from SME News, recognising our commitment to improving road safety.
Each year, SME News host awards aimed at specific regions or industries looking to showcase some of the key players for doing great things. Whether it be using technology and data in new ways, offering something radically new by way of a product or service or for great services provided to SMEs, the awards are designed to raise awareness of business success.
“We at TTC Group are delighted to have received this award for “Best Driver Risk Management & Road Safety Training Experts 2021”, in recognition of the excellent work that we continue to deliver to improve road safety throughout Scotland.”
“This is the second consecutive year that TTC has been honoured with an SME award and is testament to our organisation’s commitment to continual improvement and the lengths that our team of dedicated road safety experts go to in managing driver risk.”
“TTC’s blended approach to delivering road safety and driver development training has enabled us to continue engaging with drivers in a Covid-safe manner, whether online, through driver workshops, as well as through online workshops and eLearning.”
“We have also played a significant role throughout 2021 in supporting professional drivers through HGV and PCV licence acquisition training, supporting the nation’s logistic needs at a time when driver demand has been at an all-time high.”
“Our services continue to deliver business efficiencies for our customers, who have reported a 20% reduction in insurance claims and 12% reduction in speeding fines. These figures translate not just into financial savings, but also result in a more productive vehicle and driver fleet, better able to respond to their own customer's needs."
