Ed Barker

Ed joined the Board of TTC Group in May 2021, as part of the Pricoa Private Capital team which helped TTC management to buy the company out of institutional ownership.

Ed leads Pricoa’s investment activity in the Midlands, East, Yorkshire and the Northeast, and Scotland, investing debt and equity capital on a relationship basis into a wide range of businesses from the mid-market up through the FTSE. Ed sits on and observes a number of Boards in this capacity, offering strategic advice and financial oversight to management teams.

Ed joined Pricoa in 2006, having previously worked at a small accountancy firm in the Midlands. He graduated from the University of Cambridge and is a CFA Charterholder.
