Eric is a Managing Director and Partner for Pricoa Private Capital, focusing on middle-market mezzanine debt and structured equity investments. Eric sits on a number of Boards in this capacity, offering strategic advice and additional oversight to management teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before joining Pricoa in 2004, Eric worked at Wachovia Securities. He graduated from the University of Delaware and received an MBA from the University of Virginia\u2019s Darden School of Business.
