Ed joined the Board of TTC Group in May 2021, as part of the Pricoa Private Capital team which helped TTC management to buy the company out of institutional ownership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ed leads Pricoa\u2019s investment activity in the Midlands, East, Yorkshire and the Northeast, and Scotland, investing debt and equity capital on a relationship basis into a wide range of businesses from the mid-market up through the FTSE. Ed sits on and observes a number of Boards in this capacity, offering strategic advice and financial oversight to management teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ed joined Pricoa in 2006, having previously worked at a small accountancy firm in the Midlands. He graduated from the University of Cambridge and is a CFA Charterholder.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
