Training for drivers and loaders
This interactive workshop covers the legal requirements and responsibilities to carry and secure loads on a vehicle. Drivers will gain a thorough understanding of safe vehicle loads, the consequences of an insecure load, the people responsible for a load in transit and the role of enforcement agencies.
Risk is mitigated by enabling drivers to think about the principles of loading, knowing how to competently use restraint equipment and adopting safe methods of securing vehicle loads.

Explain the forces that build around a moving vehicle and the ways they can act upon a load during normal and emergency driving situations.
