This engaging workshop covers several important areas designed to minimise the risk to driver and operator. Topics explored include traffic laws, pre-use vehicle inspections, medical requirements, safe loading, vehicle weights and speed recognition.
Our trainer will also lead a group discussion on the graduated fixed penalty scheme and LGV regulations in London.
At the end of this workshop, drivers will be able to explain how legislation and safety checks are essential for the safety and well-being of all road users. They will also be aware of the consequences of law infringements.
