Our range of cycle training for women is an ideal place to learn to ride or improve skills in a group of like-minded people. Our courses will help riders develop at their own pace in a friendly, comfortable environment.

Research shows adult women are less likely than men to get involved in sports activities and they tend to lose interest in sport during their teens. Our women-only sessions are a great way to get back into sport. Whether you require Basic Cycle Skills or are looking to develop commuter training, cycling offers a host of benefits from physical, mental and social perks.

    Women riders. Our sessions range from participants new to cycling to those who require advanced skills.

    Our trainers are accredited to the Bikeability National Standard, are DBS checked and selected for their maturity, professionalism and ability to relate effectively to a wide variety of trainees.
