At TTC Group we are the leading provider of Road Safety education and pioneers in Fleet Risk Management; adept at developing innovative solutions to meet the needs of our customers now and in the future. Following the success of our initial launch of our Junior Developer programme in 2021, we have another exciting opportunity for a Junior/Graduate Software Developer with a desire to join a dynamic team with access to the latest technologies and a proven development plan, providing the required support to accelerate your IT career. Our development team has the sole responsibility for the core technologies that support the CRM and digital topologies that make-up the delivery cycle of TTC's education and training services, an environment where there are few boundaries and the successful candidate will develop quick, robust and scalable systems. 

The ideal candidate:

Will have a strong academic background with either a tech related degree or any degree with a boot camp type web development/software engineering course, strong A-Levels and a love for technology is essential, as are proven problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities as the role will be a hybrid one with part of the week in our Basingstoke Office and part remote working (as such travel to our Basingstoke Office; RG24 8PE will be required on a weekly basis).

Experience of C#, Typescript or React would be beneficial as will familiarity with all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle and ideally, you will have a GitHub/online repository displaying examples of your code.

Remote interviews are planned to take place throughout May with a two-stage process; video interview with a short logic/reasoning exercise, followed by a short coding exercise and follow up interview with our Dev team.
