Behavioural Change Trainer

Freelance contracts throughout the UK to support the delivery of the Drink Drive Rehabilitation Scheme (DDRS), supporting drivers referred by Courts to attend a 3 day behavioural change workshop to change mindsets, prevent re-offending and positively improve road safety through a combined in person/Zoom delivery method.

What is DDRS?
The Drink Drive Rehabilitation Scheme (DDRS) course is designed to change behaviour to prevent further offending and thereby contribute positively to improved road safety.

Must have a proven track record in delivering adult education courses and possess or working towards a nationally recognised qualification in delivering training, teaching or behaviour change, also able to deliver courses digital via Zoom Platform and class room based when needed. Police, Social Services, Probation or Driver Training Industry experience is desirable, but not essential.
