Regional Co-Ordinator (South East) - DDRS

Freelance opportunity to join our Drink Drive Rehabilitation Scheme (DDRS) to support the day to day delivery of this valuable course to aid behavioral change and improve lives through making roads a safer place to travel; through trainer selection, monitoring and development as well as Court visits.

As part of our ongoing Growth Plan, we currently have a vacancy for a Regional Co-Ordinator in the South East of England.

As the Regional Coordinator you are responsible for assisting with the provision of a monitoring and appraisal programme in respect of trainers delivery of DDRS workshops to ensure that they are delivering practical and theory sessions in accordance with the scheme guidelines, while maintaining compliance with DVSA/JAUPT and TTC Groups standard procedures, rules, and regulations.

Assist the Regional Manager with sourcing, selection and appointment of trainers for contracts in line with TTC and DDRS requirements

The role involves promoting the company and the scheme within the courts, by ensuring each court is visited at least quarterly, managing stock levels of promotional material, and providing training events to magistrates as required.

What is DDRS?
The Drink Drive Rehabilitation Scheme (DDRS) course is designed to change behaviour to prevent further offending and thereby contribute positively to improved road safety.

Experience:
Must have a proven track record in delivering adult education courses and possess or working towards a nationally recognised qualification in delivering training, teaching or behaviour change, also able to delivery courses digital via Zoom Platform and class room based when needed.

Police, Social Services, Probation or Driver Training Industry experience is desirable, but not essential.
