Account Manager - Cycling

Permanent full-time role field based

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to support our Commercial Director in the management of our Bikeabilty cycle training contracts. If you are a dedicated and results-driven manager with a successful background in the achievement of quality-led, profitable contracts we have a exciting opportunity for you.


  • Management of contracts and client relationships
  • Management of finances and budgets
  • Managing freelance cycle instructors
  • Lead person for compliance matters
  • Monitoring and maintaining all client reports on a monthly basis

The ideal candidate

Excellent communication skills and a decisive, problem-solving ability are essential as you will need to be able to express your opinions through multiple channels with a varied client base, freelance cycle instructor panel and colleagues in head office.

Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage your own diary are imperative to the role, as a remote worker you will have control over your diary to meet the needs of the contracts so flexibility in working hours will be required, as will a valid UK Driving Licence.

The ideal candidate would be Midlands or North West based and have knowledge of either Bikeability or the cycle training industry and a proficiency in detailed, accurate report writing on a monthly basis.
